Court Support Program

The Court Support Program is funded by the State Department of Communities to assist and support victims of domestic and family violence through the court process. Staff are available to assist clients to fill out Applications for Domestic Violence Orders, support them through the Court processes and to link them with on-going counseling and support as relevant.

The Court Support Program is available to men and women who require support as outlined under the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 1989 and the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2003.
